After completing all the installations he then showed me how to use the remote for the television and how to use the VCR and DVD players. This was a tremendous help to me because I am a senior adult and sometimes this modern equipment can present a problem. Mr. Glastetter was very courteous to me and didn't treatment me like a dummy. I will recommend him to anyone that needs anything assembled or anything that needs installation. It is so nice to have someone so kind and knowledgeable.This was an amazing trip back to the future.
